My name is Dave, I live on an island on the South East coast in the Uk, with my partner Jane (islandcreativity) & our 9yr old Jack Russell dog Lucy, she is a big part of our lives, so you will definately be seeing more of her on here. On a dry day we love nothing more than to explore the island, however, during the past few months with the constant threat of Covid-19, I have needed something to engage my brain, there is only so much T.V you can focus on! 🙄
So, having admired Jane's artwork, I asked her to teach me too. I surprised myself at how much I enjoy it. I am by no means brilliant, but I am getting more confident & I usually have a finished piece that I like.
So, my blog will consist of a mix of my craft journey & our days out with Lucy!
